I see a lot of menus on these boards with a ton of apps, several entrees, and like 15 sides. We went for our tasting and the food was amazing but I can’t help comparing with these very large, very fancy dinners…
Ceasar Salad with Shaved Parmesan and Croutons
Chilled Pasta with Grilled Vegetables
Roasted Parmesan Redskin Potatoes
Chef’s Seasonal Vegetable Blend
Carved Roast Top Round of Beef with Au Jus
still deciding between- Mediterranean Chicken with Sweet Pepper, Sliced Garlic and Lemon or Raspberry Glazed Breast of Chicken with Toasted Almonds
Rolls with butter

Sounds super yummy to me! And I vote for the sweet pepper/garlic/lemon b/c I LOVE garlic. LOL.

I also like your menu, and for the chicken, I would choose: Mediterranean Chicken with Sweet Pepper, Sliced Garlic and Lemon.

Another vote for mediterranean chicken.. I love garlic 😀
And the rest of your menu sounds delish! Do you have a vegetarian option (since they can’t eat the Caesar salad and pasta isn’t very substantial protein-wise).

Boo you bees with the chicken! Just kidding. FH liked it better too but my arguement is that the veggies that are in it are also in the veggie blend so it may be to much pepper onion overkill. Oh and the capers, forgot to say that.
We have one vegetarian that I know of but she won’t care about protien. Her diet consists mostly of chocolate and potato chips! Any suggestions from vegetarians would be helpful though just in case.

If you are only having one vegetarian, I would check with her to see if she thinks that what you have already is sufficient for her. We also have only one vegetarian, and I didn’t really want to add a dish just for her, so I tried to include things that I thought would appeal to her and also to everyone else. I doublechecked with her, and she is more than happy with what we are having.
As for the pepper and onion, I don’t personally think it would be overkill 🙂

Sounds delish to me – I’m a picky eater, but I might actually be able to eat some of everything at your wedding haha! And I’m going against popular opinion here and saying the raspberry & almond chicken sounds wonderful to me.

Sounds delicious! I maaaay be the odd one out here, but I’d vote for the raspberry/almond chicken. Oh yum!

Rasberry almond chicken would be my vote. Or beef.
There are some people who HATE garlic, so it’s just a thought (of course there a people who hate everything – but garlic is very potent so it’s hard to eat around).
