It looks good to me but 1 hour seems quick for dinner – how many guests? And I might move cake cutting right before dancing starts so you aren’t interrupting it at 8.

@mtbikelover:  You dont need over an hour of pictures for just you and your hubs after the ceremony. Most photographers will only take about 30 mins since you are doing your girls/guys pics beforehand. 

I would also move the garter/bouquet toss before you went out and really danced since you will probably want pics with then and youll still want to look mostly put together! Dancing tends to cause people to swear, makeup may run, hair may fall…

Looks really good!


My photog said 1 hour for bride & groom pics, so I would keep that.


I’d push the Taco bar back to 10 or so… at 9:30 people will still be full from dinner / cake!


I also like the break from dancing for cake cutting & garter toss. It’s nice to have an excuse to sit down after an hour of dancing!

Thanks for this! I’ve been working on our timeline too and want the same ceremony time with a buffet dinner, –so very helpful!
