I love the dress and the shoes…but separately. My honest opinion is that the dress is so light, airy and pretty and the shoes would weigh it down. I would search for something a bit more delicate and romantic (same style – I love the direction you are heading with the t-strap)!

Definitely think you need a “lighter” shoe.  Those are too clunky for such an airy and flowy dress.

@sienna76:  I love those blue ones from Seychelles. Very cute. I was thinking of something even more strappy and more romantic looking (rather than the vintage 50’s look).

What about these (the first is the romantic more “bridal” shoe I have pictured in my head and the rest that follow are going along your un-intentional vintage theme) Smile:

@sienna76:  I LOVE, LOVE the first two that you just posted. I just think they are so flirty and feminine and will go with that dress so well! I’d go with one of those two shoes!!

Those shoes are a little distracting, I do love the other shoes posted on here. Those would match nicely since the colors are really light. I love the dress!

@sienna76:  Love the RSVP pair, I think they would look amazing with your dress and they look like the heel is a litle lower than the other 2 so they might be more comfortable too! Or you can just bring some back up flats like I am lol.

@sienna76:  The location is indoors but the photos etc are in a garden, with rocks, ponds etc. I am probably going to wear flats there, walk down the aisle in heels and then put my flats on again. I love them they are these really cute very sparkly silver flats. I hate heels and am only wearing them to have a bit of height because I am so short. No one is going to see my shoes anyway because of the length of the dress so I am not too worried.

i agree with pp. the dress and the flowers for your hair are gorgeous.  the shoes aren’t light and airy enough to match the dress.  they are more casual and office-like.  your dress deserves so much more than that.

Don’t get the brown ones nor the nude ruffle ones.  I’m not going to lie the brown ones are not flattering at all!! The ruffles on the second ones are too similar to the fabric of the dress and I believe they are a bit to bulky.  You should try to find some that are similar to these.  They match the mid-section of your dress! They have these at Nordstroms but they are really expensive! But I’m sure there are many other stores that carry shoes with a similar style. Oh and I love super high heels (the higher the better) so they might be too high for you; well judging by the styles you posted.
