Just saw your comment about Ivory colored shoes. You can wear them again!! With the right top and cute dressing pants you are set! But at the same time who cares if you don’t wear them again! I’m sure you wont wear your wedding dress any other place again, so I think you should not worry about not wearing them again.

LOL! Well, I already own the brown ones. I wear them to work sometimes, but I am not a heel girl at all. The brown ones are comfy for heels though.
So OliveJH you don’t like the nude ruffles either?
I would like to wear the gown again if I can get it professionally dyed right. I guess I’m just really practical, I want to wear things more than once, or at least resell them if they are unaltered, but this gown will be so altered to fit my frame. Here’s my same gown but in JCrew’s graphite color. I could even make it tea length.

I found some other cute ivory soes that are more along your lines in a price I could do. Well in my mind they are! What does @OliviaJH think? The dress waist band is actually smooth, not ruched.

LOL! Ok I see where you’e coming from 🙂 Yeah dying afterwords sounds like a pretty good idea. The reason I don’t like the ruffled ones it’s because I feel like it’s too much fabric all together (if that makes any sense lol). I feel like the ruffles will probably be noticeable under your dress because the ruffles kind of stick out :/.
Personally, I like the Caparros Zsa Zsa. Because I love that style! I have some similar but in black. But the ones that I think will go best with your dress would be the Nina Freja. Just a suggestion though. If it’s totally out of your comfort zone then go for something else, because it’s your special day and you will want to feel good and confident. I know that all of us do feel a bit awkward and a bit uncomfortable when going for a style we are not used to.
