YUM! Sounds perfect! And I love that you have some “cool down” foods for a July wedding. Good planning!

All sounds yummy, but I would try to add something more main course-y for the vegetarians on the dinner buffet.

I’ve never had a salad with watermelon in it, sounds interesting.
The rice salad sounds good too.

It looks good! The one thing I would suggest is to make sure that everything is labeled very clearly in your buffet. As a vegetarian, I find buffets difficult because I’m never sure which things are vegetarian. Maybe you could make little cards to put by each item explaining what is in them or even just if they are vegetarian.

@sailor: I figure with a mountain of grilled vegetables/fruit/rice/ext that there will be plenty for them to eat without including a third veggie option.
@Lemma: I will, and there will also be an attendent serving up the food at each station, so I assume if anyone had questions about the veggie-ness of a food that they could ask as well.
I mostly just want all of my guests to feel like they can ACTUALLY eat at my wedding…yes maybe only a slight percent are vegetarian/vegan/gluten free but I want all my friends to feel like I included their needs into my wedding 🙂
Also this caterer is super cheap since shes worked with my mom before and is only charging $33 pp for food 😀

I like it but it sounds like a lot of fruit going on; theres fruit in the cocktails, salad and main course.. thats just a lot for me.

I think there is plenty for your vegetarian guests… I was a vegetarian for many years and you get used to not always having main courses the way you would as a meat-eater. I never expected people to offer me tofu or meat substitutes at every meal. In fact, I would have preferred to eat a meal that consisted of something like green salad, rice salad, fruit, veggies and bread instead of some sort of meat substitute.
I agree with the suggestion to label things, if you’re looking to accomdate veggie guests specifically.

Sounds good. There’s something for everyone there.
