So I really love this veil most of the time, then at times I look at it and worry it’s an awkward length. It’s longer then fingertip but not long enough to call it a waltz veil by any means. I wanted a long veil but one short enough where I can still wear it for part of the reception and not have it stepped on. Just hoping I made a good choice before it gets too late to order a different one.
Any opinions on if the length/style compliments my dress well? Or does it distract or cut off the dress? I feel like its good to get an outside perspective on these things 🙂 Or pics from married bees who wore a similar veil would be a huge help too!
Here is the only pic I have of me in the dress, its the best I could do trying to take a snapshot in the mirror, while holding up my dress in front cause its still so big. The colors appear to be off but they are both Ivory. I will probably be wearing my hair up but a half updo is still a possibility. It does have a train but its not a really long one (I think it would be considered chapel train) The dress is Watters Lourdes, and the last three photos are of other brides wearing the same dress.
