I think you should add a poll. Do you have pics of the birdcage veil?

Your dress is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!! And I love the veil with the flower!  You should wear that for the ceremony, for a bit of a more traditional look, and then change into a bird cage fascinator for the reception!  That would be so fun! ๐Ÿ™‚

I would just go with the birdcage veil, you look amazing in it and I was a bit meh with your veil.

If you bought the veil from DB, they will probably let you return it.  However, store credit only. If you keep the veil, I would wear the flower and the veil a little further back on your head, or kill the flower entirely. I think when you have your hair “done” that will also make a huge difference in how it looks.

I like the veil, but think that your idea of wearing the veil for the ceremony and the birdcage for the reception is a good way to please everyone.

With your type of dress… I think the birdcage veil woudl look better.  Not to mention, that birdcage veil is REALLY pretty!

If you wear the veil, I think it’s way too much with the flower at the same time. I’d do just the veil for ceremony and switch to BC for reception. If that gets annoying, then ditch it for the flower if you feel you need to have something in your hair!

I really liked the veil on you, but then I feel in love with the birdcage pics.  I think the color on your birdcage veil really accents your sash beautifully and brings an overall softness and vintage look which goes well with your dress.  Honestly, you can do either one — it depends on the look/vibe you are seeking.

I like them both.  I think that the traditional veil looks nice with your dress and the birdcage is really fun looking.  I agree with others in saying wear the traditional to your ceremony and the birdcage at the reception.  Good luck!  Whatever you decide it’ll be great!
