One of my dogs is notorious for coming up in your face and then burping. I swear he does it on purpose. He waits until you lean in to kiss him and everything.

Pretty sure that burping is normal for anything with a stomach.

Our dog has never burped, but man for a 13 pound dog his farts could clear a room!

He also has a pretty hilarious habbit of sneezing if he’s on his back and you rub his belly.

@nixietink:  I don’t think either of my dogs have burped.. in front of me that is lol BUT my boston terrier used to fart an insane amount and people would scatter! They were loud too! Thankfully a change of food has helped lol

@iiiEllie:  my aussie does the same thing when she is going crazy rubbing her back on the ground!

My my other does does though burp and every time it makes me laugh because she makes such big motions about it by bringing her head in and then stretching it out to release the burp!! So funny and loud!

Yep, Burps in your face, silently farts, sneezes and makes noises when she is stretching after a nap or when she wants it quiet.

Gotta love her tho 🙂

One dog burps after every meal. It makes me think she’s super satisfied with what she ate. =) The other dog is a notorious crop duster…

@Shonzilla:  Apparently we have the same dog. 😉

Our pups burp all the time, especially if you play with them or pick them up shortly after eating. Totally natural and  normal.

One of ours foes after pretty much every meal, the other one though farts more than the other, it can be quite funny as they sound very human like but they can unfortunately smell.

Our little darling will right after he eats, but not usually any other time.

I don’t think I have ever heard a dog burp! My grandma’s dog has a lot of gas though :/

I don’t think I’ve ever heard my dog burp.  She does fart quite often though.
