Let me just say I’ve never been someone who cries easily, but good Lord, ever since i’ve started planning my wedding, I could cry at will.
And apparently so can my future husband! IMO, it is charming, because he can have a very unemotional, “tough guy” persona and exterior…
I catch his eyes filling with tears lately when we’re doing certain things for the wedding, and it always floors me….
Saturday we met with the organist to go over our music, and when he played my processional song, his little waterworks started.
Then Sunday we were discussing vows (we don’t do them in our ceremony, but we might do them at our rehearsal), and there were the tears again.
Also when we were listening to a song for our first dance……….
Then we were talking about how soon our wedding is, and I said how crazy soon that seems to me, and how I sometimes wish we had more time to plan, my Fiance said, “I’m so glad it’s not, like, 2 years from now!”, and there were the tears again! I asked him why, and he said, “The idea of not marrying you for another 2 years makes me sad.”
I’m pretty sure he is going to be a lot leakier on our wedding day than I am!

That is so cute! It depends on what Fiance and I are talking about. He got a little teary when we decided on our vows. Neither of us are criers though. I don’t think there is a single thing I’ve gotten emotional about yet (well, crying emotional, I usually get giddy). I may tear up on the wedding day because this has been SO stressful it will feel SO nice to have it all done with!

My guy is definitely not a crier, but he did get a little teary one day when we were talking about the moment of me coming through the doors to walk down the aisle. I think he will probably shed a few tears at that moment during our wedding.

Absolutely. He is definitely a manly-man but when it comes to the wedding and emotions about us, he can be a crier. I think it is so sweet and just one more thing that I love about him. I have no doubts that he will be crying as i walk down that aisle.

Sometimes it’s the “manly men” who surprise you with their leaky faces when you least expect it. My guy is a lot more emotional than he’ll admit. I am *certain* he’s going to cry at the rehearsal, when I come down the aisle, during our first dance, and probably during at least one toast!
