I am a regular on here,but this topic is kind of personal so Im going anonymous.Just in case.
Man,I am so annoyed.My Fiance is such a good man,kind man who helps so many people.Its hard for him to say no alot.
One of his childhood friends knows this.He and his wife ask him over and over and over again for rides and money.I should explain about these two.
The girl is abusive,they have broken up and tried to get John involved.They both dont have a driving license or car and he supposedly has a good paying job,from what my Fiance has told me a better paying job then my Fiance,and never seems to have money!My Fiance who gets paid less keeps getting money requests from these people.Plus last year,this man asked my Fiance to help move a large screen tv that they bought!!Even though this man owes my Fiance money!!
MY Fiance and I share things with each other.We let each other on our phones and emails,etc.You know the thing,no secrets.And when Im bored I like to look at the texts on my FI’s phone.Every single text from this man has been to ask for money and rides!!Never to say hello,or want to do something,nothing!Its always,can I have money for this or for that.This past weekend,this man went to the zoo with his wifes neice,spent all his money getting there and while there and didnt have any money to get home.So he taxts up my FI!!What the &%$#!!U knew u needed money to get home,but then u spent it??Who does that???
My Fiance said he has to help.But I can tell that hes getting fed up with it.He did go to the zoo and gave the guy some money,but then told him thats it,no more.
Then tonight my Fiance was at my house.He was asleep.his phone went off.It was him again.Asking for another ride.By this point I am livid.This man is using my FI’s friendship with him to get things!I shouldnt have but I texted him back saying no.I then went on to say something like how come whenever u contact me,u are always asking for something??I shouldnt have done that,but I only texted what I knew my Fiance was thinking.
Long story short,my Fiance said I shouldnt have texted,he needs to be the one to tell him.My Fiance and this man had a long texting conversation.Turns out most of the conversation was with the wife of this man.My Fiance didnt show me what the conversation was all about but the end text from this couple was “I am done,I will get the rest of your money by August”.
I know I know,I should not have texted pretending to be my Fiance,but what would u do if a person keeps using your Fiance like this?Plus my Fiance and I are not exactly financially stable,so borrowing to this couple did not ease my FI’s burden,it only added to his finacial trouble.
So anyway,when my Fiance told me he erased most of the conversation because the wife was probably cursing me out,yes my Fiance told this man it was me(I told him u should have just went with it,say what u have been thinking for months),I felt bad but then I read the almost to last text from this couple.YOU ARE DONE with US????Really?? MY Fiance AND I HAVE BEEN DONE WITH U TWO FOR MONTHS NOW.MY Fiance JUST DIDNT SAY IT YET,well said no more this past weekend but not sticking to his guns.I freakin dont care,they are complete leeches,so good riddens!I feel bad that my Fiance might/will lose a old friendship,but what kind of friendship it has become!!Who needs a friendship like that!!!If u can even call it that!!
I should not have texted from my FI’s phone to this man,but how long should I just stand there letting this couple use my FI?Do u or your Fiance have a friend like this??Did u ever get the nerve to say enough is enough and then stick to that
All I know is I hope this is the beginning of the end with this man and my FI’s friendship.I told my Fiance that there is no way hes going to be borrowing money or running around for these two after we get married.No way!We wont have money for that.wITH THE PRICE OF GAS AND EVERYTHING!!!!
