Yes. My cat is a genius and you can see her thinking. Unfortunately, she’s also a monster, so what she’s thinking is never good.

When I read the title of this thread, I thought, “Nope, he just has a derp face.” I LOL’ed at your poll choice!

Sometimes I can catch him looking thoughtful:

She cocks her head as though she is seriously intently listening to you and processing your words. We have whole conversations with her like this. It cracks us both up!

One of our ferrets, Tiberius, has these deep, dark black eyes. I call them vampire eyes. I think he’s plotting to turn us into ferrets sometime in the middle of the night when he crawls in bed with us…. but he always just snuggles.

We have one of each! One of our dogs always looks very concerned and interested. The other one has big sad eyes but doesn’t really look like much is happening lol. Love them both and their cute little faces ๐Ÿ™‚

Lol.  My cat always looks brilliant.  Brillant and adorable.  But sometimes he’s pretty dumb, like when he rolls over and then rolls right off the bed.  ๐Ÿ™‚

Our pup has such an expressive face. He has his lost-in-thought face, his smiling face, his questioning face, etc. It’s the eyebrows. He’ll raise one if he is thinking about a question you just asked him, furrow them when he’s really concentrating on a task, raise both when he is excited, and on and on. He cracks us up and melts our hearts with those dang eyebrows.

Our dog had a very expresive face. However, when she gets to run around on the beach and go swimming she gets major derp face. Like so…

    Neko being serious:

I don’t have many pictures of Neko since we’ve only had her a week and a half and she’s been sick most of that time. ):

However I do have one derpy picture of Senni:

A lot of the time my pom mix Sophie looks like she is smiling and super happy. Probably because she is. ๐Ÿ™‚

And this one which is pretty cute:

    Her mad look.

Her “I didn’t do it” look.

Molly (our newest addition) seems to have a few faces, as well!

    Here is her innocent look.

    Her “what is that?” look.

Her “okay that is enough photo’s, please” look.

And the “Mommy, please rub my tummy” look.
