Bellagiobride:  My Fiance always wore the baby, everywhere we went. It was adorable! plus it hurt my back so it was a win-win.

I wanted to get one but thank goodness we didn’t. My son would have grew out of it pretty quick. He has been above average in height the first year of his life. No point purchasing something he was only going to wear for a short time.

No, but he used to use baby carriers quite often.

Darling Husband actually brought it up before we started trying how we should “get one of those things” when we saw a woman wearing her baby. Baby is due to arrive in October and I saw an amazing deal so I snatched it up – an ultrasoft Chicco carrier for $5. The woman tried it with her baby one time, kid hated it, so she sold it. Picked it up a couple days ago and as soon as I brought it home Darling Husband put it on.

I’m another vote for the Ergo. I loved it and so did he. When I registered, I made him “try on” the diaper bag and Ergo, so we could pick what he would be comfortable wearing.

We have a moby and an ergo with the infant insert. I’m currently 36 weeks, but we have tried it on my 5 week old nephew several times and I bet I will have to fight him for a turn to carry the baby. He practices the different wraps on the cat lol.

We have twins so he’s always wearing one of our babies, he prefers the ergo, but has also used a mei tai.

SlugBugRach:  Haha that is awesome! My Darling Husband can’t wait for the tula to get here so he can shove one of the cats in it. 

We bought a Moby last yr for DN and Darling Husband was like oh look I can make a cat moby-and wrapped the cat up in the t shirt he was wearing and the cat loved it!!

We’ll be getting the Ergo Baby. In my country it’s totally normal for both men and women to wear the baby. I absolutely can’t wait for Darling Husband to look like such a dad carrying our daughter out-and-about with pride.. I think I’ll cry at the sight!!

He wears them in our SSC’s. He uses the tula and Olives and Applesauce. He likes them both comfort wise, but usually asks for the ‘grey one’ ( Tula ) as he finds it’s easier to get on. I want him to try the RS or wraping but so far he hasn’t.
