I live in and love downtown Dallas! Our wedding is in downtown, our tables will be named after districts in and around Dallas and our grooms cake has the Dallas skyline made out of chocolate.

We kind of have a theme – soft pink and navy with clean lines and romantic flowers.

My theme is “vintage Hawaii”.  Here are some of the things from my wedding so you can see kind of what I mean.

@MademoiselleL:  Love your table numbers! We bought those frames too!

We are having a vintage/theater theme. I don’t think a wedding needs a theme, but it does make some decisions easier and it makes things a little more fun in my opinion!

Nope.  I joked to someone that our theme was “wedding.”

@castle:  Thanks!  Ya those frames are awesome…so cheap and all I did was print the insides off at home.  I agree, you don’t need a theme but it makes decisions easier.  It just kind of gives you a “vibe” to go for.  I think a vintage theater theme sounds really cool.

Peacock theme. We got engaged at a hotel that had peacocks. We aren’t going extreme with it though. 🙂
