Cream together a banana, peanut butter & some greek yogurt and freeze it in a small cup.  We do this during the summer for a cool treat.

@oracle:  I made this one with white flour. My dog has a pretty sensitive stomach but he only had a small slice and digestive issues were fine the next day.

1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup applesauce (no sugar added)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup shredded carrots
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour

1. Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 8″ round cake pan or an 8×4″ loaf pan

2. Mix together the first 6 ingredients until everything is smooth before stirring in the flour.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.

Then I frosted the cake with more peanut butter and plain yogurt and put some of his duck treats on it. I’m not sure if it was good or not — my dog is a Lab and there’s only one treat I’ve seen him turn up his nose at.
