She is adorable, and your cake toppers are cute too πŸ™‚

I just watched that 4 weddings show, and I saw that dog too. I think that the problem with that dog was the heavy breathing, and those girls that were on tonight were not very nice anyway; IMO.

I don’t think your little girl will be a heavy breather πŸ™‚

@chadeedee: lol πŸ™‚

If you are having programs, you may want to put a note in them to let your guests know not to feed her without permission or she may get sick :-/

She is to cute not to say no too πŸ™‚

@chadeedee: Sad, but true. Maybe, if you have a preteen coming to your wedding, you could give them the “honor” of keeping an eye on her for you.

She’s sooo cute! I love your cake topper too. πŸ™‚

I don’t think having a dog there would be tacky. I just know if I were to bring my dog to my reception, I would be distracted from watching and caring for her etc.

I agree with @noritake22. I saw that 4Weddings too and I thought those girls were pretty mean. That dog was hyper but cute!! Trust me, if we could have had H at our wedding (venues said no dogs) we would have. Instead we blew up a photo of him and framed it–it was in the place of honor at both the ceremony and reception.

we had our dogs in our wedding, so they were in the church and tagged along to the reception for a bit to say hello.  They were hyper, but it was also because there were 150 people around to give them pets.  And it made for some of our favorite pics of the day!

hmmm one got cut off of the other little guy, and the rest of my message.  Anyhow, I think its adorable!  Some guests were a little taken aback by it, but we didnt care.  Most of them loved it, and it made us happy.  Id still regret today if we didnt have them there

My photographer (who is also my cousin) is pushing hard for us to bring our dogs to the wedding. My Fiance and mom are really against it. We might do a trash the dress session with them after instead. I’d loooove to bring my dogs so I say go for it. It isn’t possible to please everyone all the time, so someone is bound to not like it, but it’s your wedding, do what makes you happy.

And your dog is adorable πŸ™‚

If your dog is well behaved enough for it go for it! I would love to have my dog there buy he is a little bit of a hyper spaz so I couldn’t see anything good happening with it.

If I can swing it, I’ll have my dog at my wedding. He’s my bestest dude, I’ve had him 8 years next month. He’s a retired therapy dog, so he is very well behaved, and to be honest, I think some people would be shocked if he WASN’T there. Everybody knows my Dubby.

Not everyone likes dogs, especially when the guests are all dressed up in their party clothes.  Are you planning on letting the dog run around freely? Or will it be on a leash?

How do you plan to circulate and vist with your guests if you have to sit with the dog on your lap?
