this week we are short one manager at work and I had my mom in town so I haven’t been as good as usual. Shorter work outs and less frequent :X

I went with my mom and sister out of town for a few days and we completely lost control and over indulged the entire time. 

Just went back yesterday to pilates and the trainer was like "My gosh I’ve never seen you this lazy." Lol. So going back to work out is sooo hard.

Me too! I’ve been traveling for work and it has thrown me off my work out schedule. I need to figure out how to be eat better and find time to work out when I’m out of town. I tried to set some running goals for myself but so far I’m still slacking! Ah!

I just struggled back onto the workout wagon this week! Fiance is going with me now, so that helps with motivation – it’s so much easier to go if he’s going too instead of on the couch or reading/relaxing!

I’m looking at dresses in a few weeks and going to the beach for Labor Day weekend. That kicked my motivation back into gear! (I even put up a little post it note in my office to remind me.)
