Maybe go to one of the dress cleaning places and ask if they would be willing to do it for free because you are wanting to give it to charity, I’m sure there is a shop somewhere that would do it. Doesn’t hurt to ask!

Give it away here at  , I am sure the bride the get the dress for free will be willing to dry clean the dress her self , just ask her to pay shipping ! 

Make sure u are giving the dress to the right person !

I’d donate to Goodwill – a buyer will then clean & repair it themselves!

A lot of gowns can actually be machine washed – there are threads about it here on the Bee. I would go this route – but you want to repair the torn part first.
