8 in total to line our aisle with. I hope that’s enough! Got 6 of them cranked out today, 2 done about a month ago. What do you think? They’re done with silk flowers from Hobby Lobby with olive green shimmery ribbon.

They are AWESOME! Can you post a pic of the materials you used? What did the flowers look like before you glued them on?

They’re perfect. Get a wee tutorial up there! Or is it a really straightforward, foam sphere + glue gun+ fake flowers = magic, kind of a thing?

You did a really good job. I also did some for our aisle, but I used hydrangeas.
For those of you wanting a tutorial. Here is one that I did: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/diy-pomskissing-balls
Since I did that tutorial though, I took them all apart and used 3″ balls and they are all now solid colors. The 4″ balls were just too big for what I wanted.

These turned out great. I love the color combination.

The flowers were one of the white ‘flowering bushes’ they have on sale every other week – similar in style to this. http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/deluxe-peony-bush-158378/
I used 5 inch styrofoam balls. Put a hole in the ball, put hot glue in it and pushed the ribbon into it. Then pulled the heads off all the flowers, pushed them into the ball to make a hole, then put glue on the underside and shoved them into the hole. It was really, really easy! 🙂

These are very pretty, what kind of flowers are they?

They are a silk mum-type flower that comes in bunches @ Hobby Lobby.
