Even with morning sickness and other symptoms, I never really felt pregnant. It’s hard to explain, I was barfing all day every day and didn’t feel ‘pregnant’ I felt sick!  Now I’m 28 weeks and I have a big belly with a girl that doesn’t sit still. I feel pregnant now haha. At 20 weeks maybe you don’t look super pregnant. Once you look really pregnant maybe you’ll feel it, that’s when it changed for me 🙂

I feel the same! And my anterior placenta isn’t helping matters!! I’m 18w2d and haven’t felt any movement.. And I’ve only gained 2lbs (over weight to begin with and on a low carb plan for GD prevention) and most of my clothes still fit..if my stomach wasnt so rock hard and I wasn’t so emotional unstable… I’d begin to doubt she was in there!!! Hahahahaha
