i ttc for a couple of months, than got pregnant, had a m/c and really get on me :(… but 6 months after it, i was pregnant again without any planning..

i took some dance lessons,i can say dance saved my life emotionally and i lose weight, my doctor told me that some womens just get pregnant when they stop to worry at all

I KNOW IT SOUND IMPOSIBLE, to relax ar not worry about it. but thats my experience

good luck!

@carpediembaby: Most doctors or reproductive specialists say to give things 12 months before starting to look into possible reasons for not conceiving. Have you tried charting your cycle at all during this time? If you can do that for a few cycles, it’ll help you work out whether or not a) your cycles are ideal, b) if you’re ovulating properly, and c) just more of a rough guide to how your body is working.

After we had trouble, we saw our regular GP first, who then referred to a specialist. Definitely ask questions, it can’t hurt – and fingers crossed.

@carpediembaby:

I’m sorry, it’s really frustrating isn’t it?

Have you been tracking your cycle? Recording temps and using OPKs to be sure when you are ovulating?

If you have, I agree with @jaguar: , after a year of actively TTC (for 30 and under) most OB/GYNs will refer you to a specialist. But they will want to know what your cycles are like, if you have been BD during your fertile period.

Hope you get your BFP soon! {hugs}

I second jaguar and regberdaisy; It doesn’t hurt to ask your physician especially since healthy or not, most do start referring you to a specialist after a year of trying.
