@Cait1990:  Edit, based on your ring size, about a carat.

Without knowing your finger size I’m thinking about a carat.

I’d say around 1.1. It is beautiful!

Just FYI — Karat refers to the amount of gold whereas carat refers to the weight of diamond. You should be able to figure out the Karat by looking at the imprint on the inside of the ring ๐Ÿ™‚

I’d guess about 1 carat

@Cait1990:  I would estimate it’s a .85 ish based on your small ring size. It is LOVELY! Congrats! Also, any jeweler can estimate/appraise the ring for you when you get it sized. ๐Ÿ™‚

If you really care, go and get it appraised. Might be worth doing for insurance purposes, in any case.

Since your finger is so small, and ovals tend to look a little larger to the eye, I’d guess around .75

I’m guessing around .8 carat weight. I work with stones all the time. Ovals tend to be smaller in weight because of how they are cut.

@MissNoodles:  I agree, looks like .75 carat to me.

Based on your ring size, .5-.6 carats.
