First of all- I adore your dress, there is a lot of detail in it and its so flowy and pretty 🙂 Personally, I would just go with a veil, without a blusher, becuase I think that it might ‘take away’ from your dress, which already has a lot of detail.

@Evie19: for your dress, elbow length would be beautiful! my blusher is fingertip length 🙂

I like blushers.  I was going to wear one but my mother hates them:)

Since silk tulle is so drapey, I would recommend a headpiece with some height.  It doesn’t have to be a tiara–it could be larger flowers, a thick headband, etc.  Otherwise you might look a little droopy.

Since it will be so plain and sheer, I don’t think it will take away from your dress.  Also, it will get flipped back at the altar.  Which brings up another point–will you be OK with the way it looks when it is hanging over your long veil?

Here’s a link to veils and suggested lengths. Makes sense to me.

That’s one of the things I hated about her veil…it was too flat to her head and too short. Blushers should also be shorter than your overall veil length, and I think it depends on your wedding ceremony. If you’ll be outside, I can only see it sticking to your lips or eyelashes!

For your dress, I think a simple sheer veil at fingertip or chapel length would be perfect.

@ItWasntMe: i think she was inquiring about the length of the blusher itself. She already has a church length veil if i am not mistaken

Wait what’s to make fun about a blusher? Royal wedding or not, I never even considered NOT having a blusher! I love them!
