I’ve never popped a pimple because I’ve always heard it’s bad to do so for different reasons…can spread so the pimple grows in a new place, can leave a scar, can cause cysts and can cause an infection (never heard of the fatal staph infection though LOL) So I don’t pop. 🙂

@coconut – I love that you pulled out PhD comics! Love me some Jorge!
He came to our school last year – it was fantastic!
Edit: And now I am procrastinating from studying for my comps by reading PhD comics – the reason Jorge created it in the first place….

I don’t really believe in germs. I mean, I know they exist, but I’m not really afraid of them. I think the more germs we are exposed to, the better our immune systems get and we get sick less often. Obviously I am still hygenic, I wash my hands after using the toilet, before cooking or eating etc. But I’m not too fussed about most germs. Although Im pretty lucky I hardly get pimples.

Dr. Oz shows you the right way to do it – sterilize the area, your hands and a straight pin first with alcohol.
On a side note…new Bliss stuff at Sephora = awesomeness (be careful tho – extra moisturizer & no sun).

@ Future Mrs. Martin – Too funny – I worked (at the time) in Grad Studies and was one of the people who helped organize bringing Jorge to campus last year!
