Absolutely!!! I went to kickboxing last week, and I was telling a friend after about the class, how hard it was, how hot and awful the room was, how hard I worked, etc. Her response? ‘Well that’s nothing compared to what I do with my personal trainer. You don’t know what working hard at the gym is. That’s just silly stuff.’ Well thanks for belittling me, I’ll go back to my corner now…..

@FutureMrs86:  Honestly, I think sometimes she needs to justify her trainer because it hasn’t worked like magic like she wanted it to. She works really hard, but it’s been a long hard battle for her. But I still truly wanted to kickbox her in the face right then 😉 LOL! I just don’t talk about it with her anymore.

I love to prove people wrong so that would be pure motivation for me! Don’t let that butt head get you down.

Having lost 80 lbs recently (and needing to get back into a routine again to lose more) I can tell you what they say about having MORE energy after you work out is soooo true. Ignore, ignore, ignore. You have nothing to prove to anyone.
