So a family friend is going to be the babysitter for MJ. Instead of bringing things back and forth I have a few doubles for her house. Such as; a playpen (already purchased), a diaper bag (only because mine is a super cute purse type and I don’t want to ruin it but FI’s diaper bag is a backpack so might just let her use that one since I have to bring it home everyday to refill it), a bathtub (just in case he gets dirty I don’t want her to try and bathe him in her own tub or sink)
Is there anything else that I should get doubles of?

The only things my daycare provider requested was a changing pad and extra clothes. I sent extra paci, extra blankets, extra bibs, extra burb cloths, extra socks along with the the other things. She keeps a bin in her home for each child so I stocked it and refill it every monday. We didn’t provide any extra toys or pack n pays or anything…

Oh okay yeah I’ll deff be taking those things of course but the reason for the extras is our son is the only baby is takes care of. She takes care of two other childs when they get out of school though.

I provided everything listed by sn2bmrsmntgmry, and I also sent doubles of a few of her favorite toys and loveys. I just gave her a whole box of diapers/wipes, so I don’t have to bring those daily. I pack a lunch bag/tote with bottles, a bib and a burp cloth, and that’s all that gets sent daily.

I think it might turn into a giant PITA to pass a diaper bag back and forth every day, on top of carrying the baby back and forth. I would buy a basic one and let the babysitter manage restocking it with the supplies you bring in bulk to her place. I got a plain back Carter’s diaper bag for $10 at Ross.
