I’ve been on a mission to lose weight now that the clock is ticking, and today, I fit into my size 14 jeans! I have been a size 16 for almost 2 years now, I think, and I finally got back into size 14! I tried these jeans on a couple weeks ago, and while it fit in my legs, I could barely button them and when I did, I was such a muffin top that it really hurt my stomach and I had to take them off. I was so bummed because my old pair of 16s didn’t fit (too big) but I didn’t fit into size 14s yet either.
BUT NOW I DO!!
I think I’ll wear these size 14 jeans exclusively (even though they are horrid lightwash jeans – don’t ask why I thought they were a good idea) just so I can focus on getting these jeans even looser! I’m also as of today under 200 lbs! I clocked in at 199.9, but that was actually after I already ate, and I hadn’t gone to the bathroom, so I’m probably a little lower than that. My weekly weigh-in is tomorrow, so I’ll know for sure. But I was 200.4 last Monday, so I wouldn’t have lost much weight, but I’m glad that I can see some physical changes.
btw – I’ve been using myfitnesspal.com to track calories, dailymile.com to track exercise, and going to the gym 4-5x a week for at least 30 minutes (thought usually up to an hour). My trainer told me not to add more calories to my daily total when I work out, but to stick to 1200-1400 calories, depending on how I feel.
