I’m in need of dramatic bouquet inspiration. I’m not sure exactly what I’m looking for but I want HUGE bouquets. I don’t like the traditional cascade teardrop look in most cases, I like volume all around. No bright red, and nothing too structured. I love light colours with greenery. The bridesmaids/MOH will be in long black dresses. Here are some I have found, and I’d love to see more if you bees have some in your personal archives. Google image search is not really working for me right now. 🙂

Those look ridiculously heavy… just holding mine for walking up the aisle and portraits was enough for my arms, lol. If you get a giant bouquet, be sure to do lots of arm workouts beforehand!

I personally love all 3 of these but not sure if they are large enough but thought I would share some ideas!

Some of those must weight a ton lol.

My sister had a huge cascade bouquet for her wedding. It was all gerbera daisies, so not sure if it’s what your looking for. She said it was so heavy. She got really tired of carrying it. Also, it is all you see in pictures. Really blocks her dress.

Just be aware that if you choose something that big it might take away from you and your dress. When you get something so big, it really attracts the eye. It may also hide your body in the photos.

Thank you ladies!! By the way, does anyone know the name of the flowers in the 3rd photo I posted? The flowers over her shoulder.
@MrsTVLover: I’m looking more for my 2 bridesmaids and maid of honour. They will be in long, black silk dupioni dresses with high necklines and full skirts. I wanted something very dramatic for them to carry and have in some of the pictures. I am not sure yet if I will even carry a bouquet.
@distracts: I know, but beauty is pain, right?! 🙂
@MrsTVLover: @angelalsmith3: Thanks for the reminder, ladies! I’m not sure if I will carry a bouquet or not, but I’m not so worried about it for my maids because of the dresses I chose. I also don’t plan on having the bouquets in every picture. If I do carry a bouquet, my dress is also pretty simple. Greyish off-white silk, trumpet, plain, with a huge billowy skirt. I always imagined it with a dramatic bouquet or nothing.
I looove a heavy floral element and am keeping everything else pretty simple to allow for it. It will fit with the look I’m going for, especially considering the landscape for our outdoor photos will be pretty somber and grey in the winter.
So, these aren’t AS big, but they are still bigger than normal and I thought I would include them for anyone else looking for inspiration.

Yes, a bit heavy, but definitely can be beautiful and dramatic! Perfect for the right bride who wants that style! 🙂

Wow! Those are some of the biggest bouquets I have ever seen! Some are a little much for me but there a few very pretty ones. Better have some nice toned arms to carry those! 🙂
