My dress search has been a little bumpy. It started when I thought I found the perfect dress online. It was a gorgeous blush pink 1950’s tea length dress. I quickly fell in love with it and ordered it. When it arrived the waist seemed much smaller than I expected and there was no way the sizing was going to work.
Last week I finally accepted that I had to start dress hunting again so I went with my Maid/Matron of Honor and one of my bridesmaid’s to get started. I tried on about 20 dresses but I knew the first dress I tried was the one! It’s an amazing pink two piece Martina Liana dress! The associate said they just received it in the store the day before my appointent. Total fate!
Here it is! I couldn’t get a picture of me in it because the boutique wouldn’t allow it! I’ll get a photo with my first fitting 🙂
I just had to share because I’m so happy that I have a dress now that fits!

I LOVE it, and I LOVE that you have a 2-in-1 dress 🙂

Niiiiiiiice! I’ve never heard of a two-piece dress – what a smashing idea! Now you can have a serious ceremony dress AND a let’s-get-down-and-paaaaaarty reception dress all in one. Genius, I say. Genius.

OH that is too cute! I love that the full skirt is removable. That’s perfect for a July wedding.

That is too cute – and you get 2 for 1? Double cute.

That is SO cool! I have never heard of a 2 in 1 dress, but whoever came up with that idea is a genius! Congrats on finding TWO amazing dresses.
