I got my 1st draft of my rendering back!!!!  The band has some changes to be made (The band will be all 1 piece, tapered on the under side, and the center diamonds will be larger than the surrounding 2 rows) but its almost ready to be made!!!!!!

Yours is so pretty! You must be dying of excitement! Here’s mine! It has a step-style band with baguettes on each side. The bottom half of the band is a knife edge. As obsessed with it as I was a year ago!

2nd and hopefully final draft of the Render is in! It is being cast in wax for me to see by mid next week!!

evilspawnsmama :  that’s so exciting!!! I remember when I was waiting for the wax mold and it seemed like it took FOREVER but was so worth it because by the time I had gotten it, my patience was nearing its sanity and I was so elated and over the moon. Still am over the moon and I’ve had her since Easter. You are in for a treat! I’m so excited for you and love how your design is out of the box on top of using a marquise. They are so special and underrated. I honestly never thought that I would have mostly marquise stones in my ring but am so glad I’m able to wear them forever. Please post once you have her! I would love to see the black and white contrast! Here is my custom beauty:

The wax is in, approved, and I’ll have my ring on my finder before the end of the month!!!

this is my custom Engagement Ring after having it remade.  The first one looked almost exactly like this one but was done very poorly so they remade it and its perfect now.

HomeschoolingBeeof4 :  I love this!  I considered something very similar to this but I let my now husband have final say on the design to surprise me.  My request was that he use my grandmothers diamond in an art deco style setting and have sapphires in it.
