I didn’t know it but apparently my dream style is a solitaire with a micro pave band!

    Antique, I guess? Or halo.

I got the exact style ring I wanted, so I guess I don’t have a “dream” ring.  I wouldn’t mind, though, my exact ring being IF, D in color, and slightly bigger.

Solitaire with micro-pave.. exactly what I have! 🙂  Dream ring would just be bigger (not that I’m unhappy with the size of my bling my any means).

I picked halo! I currently have a halo, but am waiting for a double halo split shank. I do love all the solitares I’ve seen lately though!!

@Coral99:  Same!! I have a round diamond with a halo and a micro pave band, and I kind of regret the halo.

Or, you know, I’d take a gorge antique ring too 😉

    Something like this:

My ring is my dream ring. A split shank halo.

(I could only choose one option, so I voted halo, since I loved it even before I discovered split shanks).

@nancycosmoxo:  My dream ring is a tacori with side accents. It wasn’t in our budget right now but my Fiance is getting it for me on our 5 year. We made sure my current setting would look good with my birthstone in the center so I can take out the diamond and wear it as a RHR in the future.

Note: this was all his idea. He really wants me to have that Tacori because he loves it as much as I do. We decided as a couple to use out budget towards the wedding now and the dream ring in the future.

    I chose other.

My dream ring is my ring.

And he picked it out all by himself and it is perfect for me!

@Mrs. Wallaby:  That’s freakin’ gorgeous! I love how the band looks like a twig or something in nature. LOL.

May I please ask why you regret your halo? I’ve been considering getting a halo added on our 1 year anniversary. I hadn’t really seen/noticed a lot of halos until after we chose my ring. Like I saw them in the stores in emerald or pear but not as round and vintage-y looking, which is what I want. So I definately want to know why you are maybe regretting it!
