This is my Tiffany Novo copy. It is a 3.51 princess cut center stone and 4tcw. I love the simplicity of the style. My cousin is a jeweler in the diamond district in NYC so I didn’t get the “Tiffany experience” but the design is lovely. You can never go wrong with the classic Tiffany solitaire and they offer a lifetime guarantee. You can walk into and Tiffany’s and have you ring cleaned on the spot. If you really desire that little blue box with that beautiful white ribbon and don’t carve much about carat size then go for it. It’s stunning and the Tiffany experience will be with you forever.

I wanted something simple and fell in love with a classic princess cut.  I didn’t ask for a Tiffany ring specifically, just a princess cut.  Getting a ring from Tiffany was 100% all my husband.

That tiffany ring looks gorgeous on you! I personally don’t have a tiffany ring but I get the appeal.  It’s no different than a pair of brand name shoes, a sunglasses, a purse, or anything else.  I don’t really get the whole “it’s a waste of money you can get a bigger diamond for a better price elsewhere” argument when everyone knows that. I don’t know why people pretend we don’t do this with literally everything else we own. If a Tiffany ring is important to you, then get a Tiffany ring! It looks great on your hand.

@ForeverandEverBabe:  Thank you!  The center stone is .51 C…and that’s about all I know.  I know, lamest answer ever!  I remember my husband rattling off all the specs of it, and it went in one ear and out the other.

I love that set OP!  Beautiful.  My wedding band is tiffany and I think there’s something special about that!

I don’t have a Tiffany ring, but I wanted to say that the ring you tried on is gorgeous! And you should never have to justify liking what you like. I tend to think everyone has their “thing”, whether that’s cars or computers or the newest phone, or collectibles, or handbags, shoes or jewelry. Some people spend a fortune on golf or other hobbies. You do you, and don’t feel like you need to justify yourself!

My newest ring is Tiffany-inspired and I *obviously* love the design of that classic 6 prong knife edge solitaire so I think as long as you’ll be content with the carat size and other specs that are within your budget, 100% get the Tiffany ring!

When I was trying to decide on the specs of my new ring, I went in and tried on a few carat sizes at Tiffany’s and I also felt like the 1.5ct looked a bit too big on my size 5 finger. The 1.1-1.25ct rings looked perfect imo!

Unfortunately a diamond of that size in an E or F color was wayyy out of our price range so instead my sweet husband purchased a pretty sterling silver and diamond band from Tiffany’s that could go with my ering (gotta love that little blue box 😉) and we went with a different store for the solitaire.
