Dreaming is a time for your brain to digest all it’s taken in that day.  I think your brain is just sorting it the way it knows best by talking it through the way you would with a therepist.  If you are feeling refreshed and good, then I don’t think you need to see a councellor or therepist.  HOwever if you would like to, then I suggest you go.  It’s always good to have someone to talk to that won’t take sides, and will listen to you.  It will help clear your mind, and keep you focused.
