I’m going for a classic but very edgy look with my dress and i’m thinking of what to dress it up with. I’ve already ordered this head piece and will attach a half mask black birdcage to it, so that’s settled.
Now, I’m thinking either these red ruffly shoes or red leopard. Also, I would love to do these cuffs…I may not order these directly, but rather make my own, but which style to go with? And should I do black to match my head piece or white to match my dress?
Photos of my dress, my head piece, and the contenders!
p.s. heel height is not an issue…i play shows and run around in 5in+ heels frequently!

Those shoes are amazing… remind me of mine. But im 5’2″ and my Fiance is 6’5″… so I have some height to make up for. 🙂 I like the black cuff better, but I guess you should maybe go with the colors of your dress? Unless, of course, that’s what you are going for. I like both of the shoes… the red ones more.

Of the shoes, I love the red ruffly ones.. they’re just so fun! I love the style of the black cuff the best, and since you’re already going with other black accessories, it may help to look a bit more cohesive? I kind of just made that up, but it sounds right 🙂 I actually love the bracelet you’re wearing in the picture, too.

@lemilie…that’s exactly what i was thinking…tie the accessories together. 🙂
my colors for the wedding are actually red black and white so they all would work for the theme.

Love the red ruffle shoes – adorable and the black cuffs to tie in the black of the headpiece. And I like how the red ruffle shoes will POP!
You will look super smokin!

I agree with PPs…the black cuff is FANTASTIC & totally ties in with your head piece. But for that same reason, I’m going with the leopard print shoes…I like that you’d have that edgy black head-to-toe. What fun style you have!

Or, do they sell the ruffly shoe in black, and you could add your own red accent to it? Like piping or a sexy pop of red toes?
