I think you should remove the layer of crinoline if that’s what you really want to do. The dress will still be beautiful without that layer; keeping it won’t do anything but prevent your dress from looking exactly how you want it to.

You look fabulous: the puffiness is a great contrast to the slimness of your waist. A beautiful mermaid shape.

I suggest you consider leaving it in. Your wedding is the only time you can wear a puffy dress. Embrace it!

First & foremost. . .GORGEOUS dress! Wow, it’s so pretty. I personally like it poofy. But since you’re torn, can they pin back a layer of crinoline so that you can see what it would look like before you make your decision?

jackie621985:  looks great the way it is. I personally love poof with a mermaid gown though – as much as the dress allows! However to each’a own! As long as you feel great in it.

I love it the way it is!!! But what matters most is what you think and what you feel comfortable in.
