I have big-ish boobs, for my frame at least and I have an lace back/illusion back as well, I’m having my seamstress sew bra cups that are nude (to my skin tone) into the dress. Maybe that could work? Good luck bee!

nurseybee55 :  No one could tell. I couldn’t tell.

I only even knew about it because she told me after her wedding.

I have an illusion back dress and 32EE gals!  My dress has a lot of boning/structure in the front as well as cups sewn in.  I may wear adhesive cups too.  I hate going braless but I feel super supported in my dress!

i have quite large boobies and an illusion back dress. it has cups sewn into it and has boning in the bodice that gives the girls some much needed support. definitely look into having cups sewn in, its super easy for a seamstress to do and makes it very comfortable. i dont even need to wear a bra on my wedding day!

My bridal store is adding sewn in cups that will hold everything together.

Back in highschool, I wore an illusion back prom dress with 32Fs. My dress had supportive cups sewn in by a seamstress and that helped a lot

nurseybee55 :  not sure if losing weight will help lose boobage.  I used to be 194 pounds, and got down to 118 – but I only dropped 1 bra size – from 34D to 34C. Now I’m up to 135 (118 was much too thin – I lost it due to stress) and my boobs are right back to 34D. My friend has the same thing happen to her – lost 20 pounds hoping to reduce her 32H’s, but only went down to a 32G. Now they look even bigger with her smaller frame. If you think you’re going to drop 3-4 bra sizes you’re probably out of luck.

mishybear :  +1. I had a similar experience. Dropped from 115 to 95, and a 36D to a 34E to a 32F. Exact same body type/proportions, just scaled down in dress size.

That said, I think the OP can pull off an illusion back with sewn-in cups.
