I’m UK 32G and have an illusion back as you can see in the mirror in the photo below. I’ve only tried on in store so my dress isn’t in yet but I felt very sported with the structure of the front of the dress. Will get cups put in too probably.
I NEVER go bra less and my strapless wonder bra is my best friend for tricky outfits normally so I hope this works!

Boob support was really important for me. I have U.K. Size 32FF boobs. The only non bra wearing dresses I felt comfortable in were strapless ones that have very strong internal corsets built in. I tried a couple of bow back and backless dresses but just didn’t feel wobble free. Try some on to see.

nurseybee55 : Yes- having cups sewn in was great. This shapewar also helped since it has wires. The cups gave me shape.

nurseybee55 : Hi Bee! Not optimistic, you can def go braless for your dress. Most dresses come with cups in them, so you may end up putting in different cups to give your bust a more desired shape. As for the dresses you picked, I would def try them on first. It looks to me that these are sheath style dresses, they have cups in the bust, and otherwise Nooooo structure. So unless you are a UK size 6-10, and/or have no extra curves those dresses show a lot of imperfections. Especially if you are very busty I would recommend a structured dress with boning in the bodice for the girls. It’ll take a lot of weight off your back.
