junebride16:  I am just getting mine done, I am in Canada. My alterations I think are fair priced, the hemming of my dress is 130$, which is good since there is lace at the bottom of my dress and beading which she needs to take off everywhere to hem and then put back (my dress also has a train).

Then we are putting in a corset back from a zipper, 150$, I don’t have enough support in my dress, and because there is a belt around my dress, it can’t be taken out any in the bust which is what I would have needed.

Then the bustle is 25$ and steaming the dress for day of is 20$. Total is 325.

I’m in Alabama my dress is similar to yours. Its tulle on the bottom, the hemming on my dress was $115. Mine is a corset back so she didn’t have to do anything else to mine.
