(Closed) Dress alterations: corset added to a lace gown??

It doesn’t really look like it comes up high enough at the back for a corset. I’m sure you could have a corset closure built in but it wouldn’t really act as a corset, it would just be for the look of it.

I also think the back is too low for a corset as well.

You could buy a low backed body from Ultimo or similar to give you support?

The back of your dress looks a little bit low to have a corset. But yes, you can have a corset in a lace dress. My dress was a zipper and button closure and I had it changed to a corset back because I like the way I look better with a corset. I had it done through the designer (Allure) for $225 I believe.
