Your gown looks beautiful on you. If I were the one wearing it, I would add more poof; just because I love poofy. For you, I suggest taking your gown into the salon and trying different crinolines on to see which poofiness, if any, you like the best. That is really the only way to tell.

As for the veil, do you have a picture of the back of your gown? That, for me, would be a deciding factor in the length. From what I can guess from the pictures you have posted, I would say that there isn’t too much detail on the back, so I would go with a very simple cathedral veil or beaded (to match your bodice) Mantilla fingertip veil.

What about a long (but super simple) cathedral or chapel length?  Where is your wedding venue?

I kind of love the idea of more poof!

Agree with @noritake22 and @pengoala. More pouf! Long, simple veil!

Love that dress, it looks gorgeous on you 🙂

@HappilyEverAfter54: That’s a very good idea 🙂

Based on the pictures of your venue that you just posted, I would go with a simple cathedral veil, and then get a nice hair comb to replace the veil for the reception.

I think so, but it may change the hem height. We added a crinoline skirt to mine so it wouldn’t have to be hemmed as much…
