That’s really hard. Has your friend tried any of the DB dresses on? It might not be something to do together, esp. if she is sensitive, but would the lower size possibly fit? When I tried on wedding dresses at DB, I went anywhere from a 10 (granted, we need to add a corset) to a 14. She might get lucky? You may also be able to *add* a corset to one of the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses for her if you’re willing to spend an extra $90. I would think they can make corsets in any of their fabric colors too.

If I were you, I’d avoid DB if they don’t have the right size.  You’re putting your bridesmaid in a really uncomfortable situation.  I’d recommend The Dessy Group. http://www.dessy.com/bridesmaid-dresses

They have sizes from 0-28, and a ton of colors including what you’re looking for.  Plus they have retailers where you can look at some of the styles, color swatches, and have your bridesmaids measured and fitted.  You can always order swatches of your exact colors, which are good to have for selecting flowers, invitations, etc.  I used them for my own wedding and was incredibly happy with the results.
