It looks to me like the width and curve of your hips might be pulling at the underlayer of the dress at the sides and causing it to rise in the center to make the crease…I’ve had that happen to me before. Have you tried pulling the underlayer down to see if that diminishes the crease?

PP above has a very good point , and  if she is right   , it’s easily  fixed. I wonder if the top is not a tad too big for you now too?

But  really , I just came here to say how great you look  – at all your weights actually, but especially now .

This is actually a pretty common problem! They cut the inner layer of gowns a touch smaller than the lace overlays so it flows, but sometimes they cut them too snug. Letting out the lining and underlay a tad through the hips should resolve it.
