As many of you bees know, I was having serious complications with my dress. Although I saw a lot of potential in it at the bridal salon when I bought it, it was sucking majorly once I got it home. The skirt was too poofy, waist too high, sides cut into my armipit, and basically made me look like a troll or lawn gnome.
Well, I just got my dress back from alterations. I know a lot of you suggested to drop the waist down, which is what I thought I wanted to do. However, with just a few simple adjustments, I was able to keep the dress’s original shape but make it look a lot better. at least, I think.
I want to get your guys’ second opinions. I wish that I knew how to post the link to my previous post in here, but I have no idea how. 🙁 Anyway, here is how it turned out. PLEASE DONT PAY ATTENTION TO MY FACE IN THE PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!!
The only picture I have from the back is of the bustle. I don’t have a photo that shows the full length train.
oh and p.s. that’s not a giant chunk of back fat hanging over. it’s just a weird angle. hahahaha
