@Kissed_by_lightning:  Yeah, I found that a lot of designers listed their prices “Between X and Y, with few exceptions,” but somehow every dress I would ask about was well above price Y.  “Few exceptions” my ass.

Got to hate having an eye for quality! The bridal shop I went to only sold dresses under 2k… My dress was $1800. Way to pick the 4th most expensive dress in the store, BrandNewBride!

@Kissed_by_lightning:  Can you get a replica dress made? Lots of Bees have had very good experiences with companies like that. There are quite a few threads with reviews, pictures, and feedback. 

Btw, periods and commas help readability. I couldn’t quite get what you were saying at first.

A lot of good reviews came from Jasmine’s Bridal (or Dress?) Shop and Dressilyme for replica shops. I’m going with Dressilyme for mine after seeing all the good reviews and finished products on the site.
