I have seen both those dresses in person and they are both lovely. I especially love the hem of the dress you already have. I would honestly keep the dress you have.

Keep the one you have. I think it is more flattering for your figure. The second dress is very lovel as well, just a completely different style.

But this is YOUR wedding dress. I would go by how you feel wearing the dress. If you feel more confident and beautiful in the second one, then make the switch.

I MUCH prefer dress #1 on you. I know dress 2 is a pretty popular choice this year, but the dress you already have is so flattering and makes your body look so nice, number two just hides it. And the one you already have is much more classic, number two is very trendy – I personally prefer the classic, I didn’t want a dress that was going to be this generations’ version of the 80s puffy sleeves.

@Wonderstruck:I was thinking the same thing re: this type of dress looking dated later on like puffy sleeved dresses in the 80s.  The first dress is lovely.

I’m going against the tide – I voted dress number 2. You look so much happier in it and it is a stunning dress!! I’m a VWW bride, but I didn’t even try this on as it’s really not ‘me.’ That being said, it looks phenomenal on you and much more unique than dress one. The v neck really flatters your cleavage and the detail on the skirt is a real ‘wow’ point. However, that being said, the first one is lovely too. (But I’d pick the second for you)

PS. I fail to see how this dress could possibly be considered to be a fashion fail in ten years. The style of dress number one has been massively popular over the last 18 months and the same ‘poofy sleeve’ comment could apply to that too.

Dress two is just too much for you. Dress 1 is much more flattering.

If you want my honest opinion? Dress 1 by a land-slide. I’m not a fan of what dress 2 does for your figure…or rather, doesn’t do. Maybe it’s just the picture but the fold things look a bit awkward. I know it’s really popular, but dress 1 just looks so much better on you!

Without a doubt, it has to be dress #1 – it is gorgeous, elegant, and looks beautiful on your figure.  I think the second dress has way too much going on and it swallows you up.   In the first picture, I looked at YOU; in the second picture, all I saw was dress.

I don’t know why a fitted gown would be considered out of style in 10 years.  I’m sure certain embellishments, waist styles and the like could be, but the shape?  It’s like saying a ballgown will be out of style, just doesn’t make sense.

#1 definately! It looks gorgeous on you and flatters your figure nicely. As far as #2 is concerned, not sure if it is a bad angle in the photo you posted but i can’t really cant make out the shape or details of the bottom of the dress. All i see is alot of fluff and i think it adds pounds. I’m sure it is beautiful but from what i know is you look very slender in dress #1! As other bees have mentioned pick the dress you feel beautiful in! These polls are never good as you need to please yourself and everyone will have a different opinion. Whatever dress you wear you’ll be beautiful!
