if you know-definitely know it is the dress then go for it but I still think it is too early..in two years you may find something completely different and or may change your mind or lose weight-gain weight etc- If you still want to get the same dress next year at least it will not be as expensive-it will be listed in the previous collection.

It’s too early. You will most likely change your mind in two yesrs. Also, the dress you find may be still available when you go dress shopping again.

I’d say it’s probably too early. Unless you’ve had this style of dress in mind for years and it’s a timeless look, I’d hold off for now. Lots of places will not allow returns so you’re better off waiting a bit!

@cookiemunster:  Do you have your venue picked out and the season in which you will get married? That made a big difference to me when picking between two dresses. I’m almost 10 months out and I’m ordering my dress next weekend. I would say wait till you have your venue and vision set in your mind for your wedding and then pick your dress. 🙂 Do we get to see pics of the lovely dress??

just search dress regret on here. I would wait. just saying….esp since you are on these boards, something else might come along that takes your breathe away in a year from now.

I would definitley wait. Just too much could go wrong. Don’t even look until closer to the wedding.

If you fall in love and order now, you may find something better later, regretting that you ordered so soon.

If you fall in love now and DON’T order, you may not end up finding something better, and regret not ordering

Hold off on looking until you have the venue picked and theme/feel. If you have tose things SET with Fiance, then MAYBE I would consider looking.
