I have a bit of a problem and need some advice. I have been to 8 bridal salons and have tried on over 60 dresses and finally found the one.. YAY! Before we get too excited, let me back track and say that a few weeks ago at one of the first stores I went to I thought I found the one, but my mom just thought it was ‘ok’ and it was out of her price range so we moved on. Now, every store we went into since then I have been trying to find a comparable dress to WOW me the way dress #1 did. Fast forward to this week I thought I found that dress that gave me the same feeling dress #1 did. Now, looking back at the pictures of me in each one, I have this empty feeling in my stomach thinking I made a big mistake 🙁
Can you please give me honest opinions on each of these dresses? I don’t want to say which I bought so I don’t sway opinions. The two dresses are below:
Please use the poll and also give feedback below. I want to point out that with the Casblanca it was HUGE one me so the shape of the dress was lost completely. So if that was the one, they would take in the seams to give it the mermaid shape like dress #1.
PS – If you need better pictures let me know and I’ll repost some more.

I actually prefer the one you got much more. With the alterations to the bottom you will get the shape you want and you can throw on a blingy sash. I don’t care for the bottom of #1.
ETA: I didn’t see the strap on #2, you wouldn’t even need a sash. It will look great!

The second one (Casablanca) is STUNNING! It’s the perfect mix of traditional with the lace on the bottom and modern with the top and shoulder strap. You look beautiful in it.

My vote is for the Casablanca! So pretty!! I love the lace and the classic look of it. It’s still got the WOW factor, too.

I’m going to go against the crowd here. I really love the first dress. The bottom is soft and romantic. Plus it looks different from the lace dresses that most people seem to be wearing now.

I love the Casablanca!! It’s just absolutely beautiful and classy. I’ve never been a fan of dresses with the straight line fabric change across the upper thigh, it looks really weird to me.

I love the Cosmobella!! I actually tried this on and was one of my top contenders but it looks so much more flattering on you than it did on me. The detail on this dress in real life is gorgeous and it fits your body to perfection!

I think if you put a sash something like the one on the first dress On the second dress it would be amazing. I like the second one on your figure better 🙂

They’re both beautiful dresses and while I think you’d look great in either one, I personally like the Cosmobella dress best.

Thank you all for your comments!! I am going to go back this week to try on the Casablanca again. I think seeing it on me in person is going to calm my nerves.

Gosh, they are both so stunning. I do love the first one, but you also look so gorgeous in the second! You can’t go wrong!
