Usually there are only a couple inches in the seams to take a dress out.  This might not work for you.

Is the dress a zip back or corset back? How many inches in the side seam are there?

The waist would probably be ok, and the hips are the right size, I’d really worry about bust “spillage” though.

Do you have a picture of the dress?

@MaybeMrs.C: It’s a beautiful dress. You might be able to alter the back to a deeper V to give you more space on the bust, but you still won’t know how the cups really fit until you try it on.

You could add a corset back sinc:e you are a little bigger on top. Welcome to the Bee.

@MaybeMrs.C: You’d have to talk to a seamstress in your area to find out. I’m not sure what it costs to add a corset to a dress.

the dress is beautiful.  i’m afraid you might have trouble getting the zipper up at the bust area.  i have the same problem. you can either put in a corset back or so the deep v back but you should get estimates on alterations.  it might end up not being such a deal.
