(Closed) Dress Distress: Trying on Dresses in the Wrong Size? Does it Matter?

1 thing I noticed between you and the models is that your skin is a lot darker and maybe that’s why you don’t like it as much on yourself? On you, it’s really obvious that the lace is on a white sheer fabric whereas in the model photos you posted the sheer bits sort of disappear into their pale skin makeing it look like they’re just wearing lace.

I think it is a lovely dress… I have the opposite problem, not all the dress fit me because I’m a size 12 and in bridal world, that doesn’t go far…. I think you have to go with your gut. Any dress is going to be lovely on someone with your figure. I tried on casablanca and I thought there dresses just weren’t as quality as some of the other designers you mentioned.
