Try looking into Core Fusion – they have workout DVDs to purchase and on hulu as well. I lost an inch around my thighs after doing the DVDs in 2 months – it seems really like “this is it?” when you’re doing it but its awesome.

Running, Ashtanga yoga tightens like crazy, and really light weight with lots of reps for squats

8 minute buns.

’nuff said.

…..

I can’t just say that, but it has rocked my world. I do it 5 times a week and my legs are thinner, my butt is higher and it burns like crazy for the whole eight minutes but is so worth it!

EDIT: It’s on youtube!!! (read: free!!!)

@beachchicbride:  haha yeah after I re-read my post I realized there was no info on the video.

Don’t let the old-weird dude in blue tights scare you, that stuff works. It’s basic but effective – and easy on the joints.

He has an 8 minute abs too – that one is good also.

Let me know if you like it or not! πŸ™‚

On a completely different grain, I bet you’ll like the fit of the dress a lot better once it’s altered in the bust so that it’s not pulling down.  Part of the problem is that the pulling on the thighs looks worse because the dress is falling a couple of inches which means it’s sliding everywhere (on your bust and on your hips).  The overall fit will feel better when it’s not sliding down.

The problem isn’t in your hips – it’s with the dress. Get it altered so that it fits.
