I wouldnt even bother with them..but to each their own. Isnt there anywhere else you can try on the dress? Their bad service would be enough to turn me off…

yeah, even if you get into it with them and figure out the actual policy, it’s not going to make you want to buy something from them, ya know? Even if you CAN just buy one. But if you wanna give someone a hard time, go for it! 😛

Ugh.  I’m glad VW got everything straight for you.  There is no way in HECK I’d give that bridal salon my business after I was lied to like that though. 

Absolutely call them.

Ugh, how ridiculous.  I hate when vendors try to play games like that, do they think we’re stupid?  I wouldn’t call, but I would post reviews online- that’s likely to make them a lot angrier, and will warn other brides.  If they’re lying to you about this one thing, chances are they’re lying to other people about a bunch of other things…
